I come to you today with a bit of a heavy heart and an important update that affects our beloved customers in the European Union and Northern Ireland.
As of today, we are no longer able to ship outside the UK due to recent changes in the European Union's General Product Safety Regulations. These regulations now require businesses to appoint a representative based in the EU to handle certain administrative responsibilities. For a small, two-person operation like ours, the associated costs are currently beyond our reach.
I know how disappointing this news is, and I share in your frustration. Please know that your support has meant the world to us, and it truly saddens me to take this step. However, I remain hopeful that with time, as I work to understand and navigate these changes, I’ll be able to find a way to offer shipping to your regions once again.
