Processing Times

All our products are handmade with care, which means processing times can vary. Most orders ship within 5-12 business days to ensure the highest quality craftsmanship. During busy periods, such as holidays or sales, this timeframe may extend slightly.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard UK Shipping: Free!

  • Express UK Shipping: Available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.

 

We strive to make our shipping options as accessible as possible while ensuring your orders arrive safely. Tracking information will be provided for all orders once dispatched.

Delivery Times

  • Standard UK Shipping: 3-5 business days after dispatch.

  • Express UK Shipping: 1-2 business days after dispatch.

 

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be delighted with your purchase! However, if there’s an issue, we’re here to help.

Returns Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be made via your original payment method.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

At this time, we cannot process exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
